In Psalm 78, we are called to disciple our children and by doing so we pass on the teachings of God’s greatness to future generations. Therefore, it is the mission of Calvary Chapel West Ashley’s Children’s Ministry to partner with parents to help develop our children’s foundation of faith and an understanding who Jesus is so they can be a light to the world.

We are encouraged to teach our children the things of God in Deuteronomy 6:4-9, and Calvary Chapel West Ashley’s Children’s Ministry is honored to support you in being the champion of your child’s spiritual growth! Our ministry teaches God’s Word and we aim to do this by providing each child with an age-appropriate Bible lesson that will encourage conversations between kids and parents throughout the week. This is done Sunday mornings through worship, teaching, arts and crafts, interactive games, and activities led by volunteers who love both Jesus and His children.

We have classes available for infants to 5th graders that begin at 10:00am. Child safety is very important to us, so we make sure that the children are checked-in, watched throughout the service, and returned to their parents/guardians at check-out.

If you are interested in volunteering, please let us know. All volunteers will go through a background check before volunteering. We look forward to your help in teaching our kids about our loving God and Savior!
